Hapsai Terms of Service

1. What this is. Hapsai is a personal dashboard run by Meraki Software, based in the Philippines. It is provided as-is.
2. Your account. Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Connected services. When you connect Google Calendar or other services, the app reads your data from them as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those services stays under their own terms.
4. No guarantees. The app may be unavailable, show out-of-date information, or change without notice. Don’t rely on it as your only record of appointments, money or health. We are not liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.
5. Fair use. Don’t misuse the app: no attempts to break it, reach other people’s data, or overload it.
6. Payment. Plans and prices will be announced before launch. You won’t be charged for anything you haven’t agreed to, and the waitlist asks for no payment details.
7. Ending. You can stop using the app and ask for your data to be deleted at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may end access, for example if the service shuts down, with notice where we can give it.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
